In this study, the influence of SME s ethical management on their global corporate image mediated by trust was analyzed through an empirical analysis. The data was collected for those who are engaged in SMEs in Busan and Gyeongsangnam-do areas from February 21, 2018 to March 20, 2018. Out of a total of 500 questionnaires that were distributed, 456 copies were collected with the recovery rate of 91.2%. Among them, 418 valid questionnaires were used finally as the basis for statistical analysis after excluding 38 questionnaires that were not filled in faithfully. The collected data were analyzed by using IBM SPSS statistics version 23.0 for Windows and AMOS 23.0.The verification results of the research hypothesis are as follows. First, the author analyzed the hypothesis that the ethical management of SMEs will have an influence on the public trust. It was found that an ethical atmosphere, the responsibility for customers and society, the ethics of the top management had an influence on the public trust on companies, and the ethical environment and ethics of the top management had a statistically significant influence on the public trust on manufactured products. However, the moral competence and ethical behavior had no statistically significant impact on the public trust on companies, nor the moral competence, ethical behavior or the responsibility for customers and society had any statistically significant impact on the public trust on products. Second, the hypothesis that the public trust on SME`s affects their global corporate image was analyzed. The results show that the public trust on companies affects their global corporate image, whereas the public trust on product did not have a statistically significant influence on the global corporate image. Third, the hypothesis that the public trust on SME products will have an influence on the public trust on companies trust was analyzed among the newly added hypotheses during the process of modifying the model to improve the fit of the model. The results show that the public trust on product had a statistically significant influence on the public trust on companies. Fourth, the hypothesis that the ethical behavior of the ethical management of SMEs will have a direct influence on the corporate image without being mediated by the trust, among the newly added hypotheses during the process of modifying the model to improve the fit of the model, was analyzed. The results show that the ethical behavior of SMEs had a statistically significant impact on their global corporate image.

This study is aimed at conducting an empirical analysis to examine the effect of specialized vessels supplier s capabilities on post-purchase behavior with satisfaction as the mediating variable. The data required for this study was collected from February 10 to March 9, 2018 from a group of survey targets consisting of specialized vessel operators in the coast guard and in the navy as well as of government vessel operators as coast guards, sea men and government officials. A total of 341 copies were collected out of 350 questionnaires distributed to the survey targets, with the recovery rate being rated at 97.4%. Finally, 327 valid questionnaires, excluding 14 copies that were not filled in faithfully, were used as the data for statistical analysis. The collected data were then analyzed by using IBM SPSS statistics version 23.0 for Windows and AMOS 23.0. The hypothesis test results are as follows. I. The competitiveness of specialized vessels supplier, which is an endogenous variable, was classified into four distinctive variables through exploitative factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis: price capability, quality capability, delivery capability and technology. ii. Exogenous variables were classified into three variables through exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis: satisfaction, repurchase intention, and word of mouth intention. iii. An analysis of the hypothesis that the competence of specialized vessels suppliers will affect satisfaction shows that the quality competence, delivery capability and technical ability had an influence on the satisfaction, while price competence had no statistically significant influence on satisfaction. iv. An analysis of the hypothesis that the satisfaction with specialized vessels will have an influence on the post-purchase behavior shows that the satisfaction has a statistically significant effect on both repurchase intention and word intention.

For a beginner who is about to begin their study in practical management, it would be beneficial for them to have a guidebook on study methodologies for practical management, as the fruit for their efforts will be more rewarding. Therefore, it cannot be denied that the study method of practical management is to read a good guide book. And, the method of reading may sometimes involve the issue of how to select the book. For this, the researcher intends to unfold the study methodology for practical management while trying to conduct an actual study of practical management. This study is a descriptive study using self-reporting questionnaires for the analysis of empirical data. The data will be gathered from all parties of interests of companies across the country over one to two weeks six months before the paper evaluation, via in-person interviews and SNS using around 300 questionnaires. The data gathered in this manner will be coded and analyzed using IBM SPSS statistics V.25.0 for window and AMOS 25.0. First, based on the data gathered through the questionnaires, the general characteristics and approximate statistical values of each question are to be examined, through descriptive statistical analyses on the items of survey and frequency analyses. Second, an exploratory factor analysis will be conducted using various questions presented as independent variables, mediating variables, and dependent variables, so that they can be presented as proper numeric factors. Third, a confirmatory factor analysis will be conducted in order to re-validate the focused validity and determinatory validity confirmed through the exploratory factor analysis. Fourth, in order to verify the internal consistency of the variables, a confidence analysis will be conducted using Cronbach’s α. Fifth, in order to verify the hypotheses set forth for this study, a path analysis will be conducted in order to confirm the structural relationships between variables. While there are no set stages for the analysis structural equation modeling, generally, steps like model conceptualization, data gathering, data verification, model setting, model identification, model estimation, model fitness evaluation, model adjustment, and final model selection are taken to conduct the analysis. Amos (Analysis of Moment Structure) is a user-oriented, GUI-based program, with which the research may prepare the model for the structural equation with ease and can be used in connection with the statistics suite, SPSS. Therefore, the data file should be input to SPSS, and the input data should be in the forms of raw data or matrix summary (distribution-covariance matrix, correlation matrix). If the data input is raw data, the raw data will be converted to a matrix summary automatically, so that the structural equation can be analyzed. The author recommends that a researcher who is to use the practical management study methodology should use the AMOS program, which help the researchers to prepare and analyze the models easily when the model settings are complicated.
