목적 : 본 연구는 계량서지 분석을 통해 노인 대상 원격보건의 효과성 연구의 국제 학계 동향을 파악하고 국내 연구의 활성화를 위한 기초자료 제공 및 후속 연구를 위한 기반을 확보하고자 한다.
연구방법 : 본 연구는 2010년 1월부터 2020년 12월까지 국제 학계에서 발표된 노인 대상 원격보건의 효과성 논문에 대한 서지정보를 수집하고 VOS viewer(version 1.6.16, CWTS, Netherlands, 2020) 소프트웨어를 사용해 논문 서지정보 간 관계를 분석하고 시각화하였다.
결과 : 본 연구의 주요 결과로는 첫째, 연구 동향 분석 결과 2010년 9건에서 2020년 70건으로 지난 10년간 출판된 논문의 수 678%의 증가율을 보였다. 연구 분야는 Health Care Science Services에서 145건(45.89%)으로 가장 많이 시행되었고, 학술지에서는 Telemedicine and e-Health가 39건(9.11%)으로 가장 많은 논문을 게재하였다. 둘째, 네트워크 분석 결과 국가 중에서는 미국, 기관 중에서는 영국의 옥스퍼드 대학의 총 연결강도가 각각 168로 산출되어 국제학회에서 가장 강한 영향력을 나타내었다. 셋째, 키워드 분석 결과 ‘노인(64회)’, ‘돌봄(62회)’, ‘건강(50회)’, ‘기술(40회)’, ‘결과(41회)’의 키워드가 논문에 사용되었다.
결론 : 본 연구에서는 노인 대상 원격보건의 효과성에 대한 국제 학계의 동향과 화제 분석을 통해 추후 국내의 노인 대상 원격보건의 연구 활성화 및 제도적 기반에 대한 시사점을 얻을 수 있을 것이라고 생각된다.

Objective : This study aims to identify international academic trends regarding the effectiveness of telehealth for the elderly through bibliographic analysis and to secure the foundation for providing basic data and subsequent research to promote domestic research.
Methods : This study collected bibliographic information on the effectiveness of telehealth for the elderly published in international academia from January 2010 to December 2020 and analyzed and visualized the relationships between information using VOS viewer software (version 1.6.16, CWTS, Netherlands, 2020).
Results : First, the research trend analysis shows a 678% increase in the number of papers published over the past 10 years. Most of the research was conducted in 145 (45.89%) Health care science services, and the most papers were published in 39 Telemedicine and e-Health journals (9.11%). Second, the network analysis showed that Oxford University had a total of 168 connections in other countries and institutions in the U.K, indicating the strongest influence in international academic societies. Third, as a result of the keyword analysis, ‘older adults (64 times)’, ‘care (62 times)’, ‘health (50 times)’, ‘technology (40 times)’, and ‘outcomes (41 times)’ were used in the study.
Conclusion : In this study, the trends and topics of international academia on the effectiveness of telehealth for the elderly were analyzed to form the basis for research activities and the institutional implementation of telehealth for the elderly in Korea.
