이 연구는 국내 학술지에 게재된 성인 ADHD 논문을 수집 분석하여 앞으로의 성인 ADHD 연구에 시사점을 제공하기 위해 실시되었다. 이를 위해 2007년부터 2018년 6월까지 5곳의 논문 검색사이트에 게재된 성인 ADHD 논문 47편을 수집하여 게재연도, 학회지, 연구방법, 연구대상, 연구주제별로 분석하였다. 그 결과, 2016년도에 8편으로 가장 많았고 그 다음이 2018년 1월부터 6월까지가 6편이었다. 학회지는 한국심리학회지에 게재된 논문이 20편으로 가장 많았다. 연구방법은 조사연구가 30편으로 가장 많았고 그 다음이 실험연구로 13편이었고, 연구 주제는 성인 ADHD 증상과 정서 관련이 15편으로 가장 많았고 그 다음이 성인 ADHD 심리기능으로 10편이었다. 연구대상은 ADHD (성향) 대학생이 29편으로 가장 많았고 그 다음이 대학생도 군인이 아닌 ADHD (성향) 성인이 11편이었다. 이 연구 결과는 DSM-5 진단안 제시, 성인 ADHD에 대한 심리 치료의 필요성, 연구 패턴, 성인 ADHD 증상의 심각성, 연구대상으로의 적합성으로 논의되었다. 이러한 결과에 근거해서 질적연구의 확대와 대학생도 군인이 아닌 ADHD (성향) 성인에 대한 연구 확대 등을 제안하였다.

This study was to analyze the research trends of adult ADHD in journal articles from 2007 to 2018 in Korea to provide the basic data for further research of adult ADHD study. Based 47 articles related to adult ADHD, number of articles per year, type of research, and subject were analyzed.
As a result of the study, adult ADHD studies made the most active in 2016 and 2018. In terms of research method, survey research accounted for more than half of all studies, followed by experimental research. Research studies have been conducted on variety subjects, and research has been conducted mainly on ADHD symptoms, emotion traits, neuropsychological characteristics, and psychiatric comorbidities. Most of the research subjects were college student with ADHD. Finally, based on the results of the research, the study suggested further research prospects and task.
