포장이사는 이사 업체에서 이삿짐의 포장, 하역, 운반, 정리정돈 등 이사와 관련된 모든 서비스를 총괄적으로 제공하여 운송하는 형태를 말한다. 본 연구에서는 포장 이사화물에 대한 표준운송원가 기준이 마련되어 있지 않아 포장 이사화물의 업체 및 운임 현황을 조사하고, 이사화물운송주선업체 및 가맹업체의 요금에 대한 사례를 분석하여 포장 이사화물의 표준운송원가 산정모형을 개발하였다. 포장 이사화물의 표준운송원가는 창업비, 홍보비, 견적비, 포장재료비, 화물자동차 관련 비용, 직접 인건비 및 이사운송 보험료 등과 같은 직접비와 보험료, 지급수수료, 사무실 운영비, 간접 인건비 및 교육비 등과 같은 간접비를 반영하여야 하며, 이윤율 5% 및 부가가치세 10%를 추가하여 산정해야 한다.

Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate the status and the movement charge of moving goods freight forwarding company, and to develop the standard transportation cost model.
Research design, data, methodology : We analyzed the current state of freight forwarding companies, and conducted a case study on the charge of freight forwarders and franchisees. And we developed a mathematical model for the standard transportation cost of the moving goods.
Results : The standard transportation costs of the moving goods are composed of the direct expenses such as start-up costs, promotional costs, quotation costs, packaging materials costs, expenses related freight automobile, direct labor expenses and moving transportation insurance premiums, and the indirect expenses such as insurance premiums, commission fees, office operation costs, indirect labor costs and education expenses. And it should be estimated by adding 5% profit rate and 10% value added tax.
Conclusions : In a situation where the government s packaging freight rates, the notified fares of the associations and the rates of the moving freight forwarders are different, we provided the basis for standardizing the moving rates by presenting standard transportation costing model.
