본 연구는 공급체인관리를 실시하고 있는 우리나라의 제조업 화주 기업들을 대상으로 기업 성과에 영향을 미치는 결정 요인을 도출하고자 하였다. 공급체인관리 프로세스 혁신 관련 연구와 기업 성과 선행 연구들을 바탕으로 성과에 영향을 주는 요인들을 찾아내었다. 본 연 구에서는 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 연구모형과 가설을 도출하였으며, 국내 제조업 화주 기업의 실무진들을 대상으로 인터뷰와 설문조사를 실시하였다. 총 70부의 설문지를 SPSS 21.0 패 키지를 활용하여 기초자료 분석, 신뢰성 분석, 요인 분석, 타당성 분석과 회귀 분석을 실시하 였다. 연구 결과, 공급체인관리의 내부적 요인인 최고 경영자의 프로세스 혁신 지원, 정보관리시스템 구축 요인과 외부적 요인인 파트너십 구축 요인, 거래기업의 압력 요인은 공급체인 관리를 실행하고 있는 기업들의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

Purpose : Nowadays, globalization, outsourcing and development of information technology have enabled many organizations to operate supply chain management. The purpose of this article is to find the main factors influencing business performance of the manufacturing companies in South Korea s SCM scope.
Research design, data, methodology : In this article, independent variables are the business process innovation factors. They were selected as the support of CEO, establishment of Information Technology, establishment of partnership and pressure by the partner companies and dependent variable is business performance. We analyzed the relationship between business process innovation factors and business performance. Data of 70 questionnaires were collected from the South Korea s manufacturing companies and we used the statistical package SPSS 21.0 to do reliability, factor analysis, and regression analysis.
Results : As a result, there is a positive relationship between the business performance and independent factors. Thus, support of the CEO, establishment of information technology, establishment of partnership and pressure by the partner companies positively affect business performance.
Conclusions : Manufacturing companies that have applied Supply Chain Management should consider the support of CEO, establishment of IT, pressure by the partner companies and establishment of partnership for business innovation.
