The purpose of this study was to develop and to validate 21C College Student Competency Scale (21CCSCS). The final scale included 35 items consisting with 10 subfactors, creativity and innovation, critical thinking and problem solving, communication and collaboration, information, media, and technology(IMT),
information, communication and technology (ICT), life and career, initiative and selfdirection, social and cross cultural skills, teams productivity and accountability, leadership and responsibility based on the partnership for 21st Century skill(2011).
A total 861 students from D and H University participated in this study. The data were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 and AMOS 22.0 program. Pearson correlation, reliability, and exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses using
structural equation model were executed. The results showed that the model fit indexes of TLI, CFI, RMSEA, and ¥ö©÷/df value were satisfied with the criteria for the fit indices. The implications for future study were suggested.
