¿µ¾î ÃÊ·Ï
This paper aimed to survey the meaning of teacher¡¯s development in classroom. One teacher who majored in science participated in this study from April 11 to May 29 in 2014. We investigated her class 8times and interviewed with her about class. the results were as follows.
She did not separate her class from life and treated students fairly because Kim teacher thought that the desirable relationship between students and teacher should be democratic. Kim teacher planed the lesson goal and contents of teaching in her class but she made the lesson plan loosely, not throughly so there were the empty spaces which
students can actively participate for themselves in class.
Meanwhile, Kim teacher solved her worries of her class, sharing the worries with fellow teachers in learning community. She talked with the troubles and difficulties with them in class and try to solve them actively.
