This research examined whether high levels of interactional justice could foster a sense of psychological ownership that would be positively associated with innovative behavior, and negatively associated with workplace deviant behavior at Chinese business context. Based on justice theory(Colquitt, 2001 etc), interactional justice has come to be seen as consisting of two specific types of interpersonal treatment. Interpersonal justice reflect the degree to which employee are treated with politeness, dignity and respect by authorities. Informational justice focus on the explanation provided to employee that convey information about why procedures were used in a certain way or why
outcomes were distributed in a certain fashion. Psychological ownership was innately human, meaning that, when left alone, the natural cognitive-affective process for a person will conclude in some kind of feelings of ownership toward a target. After literature review, we conceptually build up all theoretical variables relationship and proposed main effect and mediating effect hypothesis. To test hypothesis, survey method were performed. total 305 questionnaires are used for analysis. The major finding are as follows. First, interpersonal justice negatively effect on workplace deviant behavior. Second, informational justice positively effect on innovative behavior. Finally, psychological ownership partially mediate relationship between informational justice and innovative, workplace deviant behavior. Our results illustrate the several benefits that arise from continuing to clarify the justice-ownership
connection. Specifically, we revealed that psychological ownership was mediate of the interpersonal, informational justice-innovative and workplace deviant behavior relationship especially relative to the attention paid to other beneficial behavioral outcomes in the justice literature, such as OCB, cooperation,
job satisfaction and organizational commitment etc. Also we provide understanding exactly why interactional justice is associated with innovative, workplace deviant behaviors because it may foster a sense of psychological ownership that has its own unique meanings.
