In this study, We examined whether there is a difference in level of SMART Learning needs and attitudes according to teachers¡¯ perceptions working in special school of students with intellectual disability about the Smart Learning Status (clarity of operating policy, training, administrative and financial support, willingness of the administrators, willingness of teachers, instructional environment). For this purpose, we surveyed 184 special education teachers¡¯ opinion of 22 special school for the students with intellectual disability. As a result, First, teachers working in SMART Learning for policy commitment in a special school for the students with intellectual disability was statistically significant compared to the teachers who work at schools that have a high level of attitude. Second, teachers working in a special school for the students with intellectual disability having good readiness or bad readiness for SMART Learning, but not statistically significant, appeared to have a relatively high level of demand when compared to the teachers who work at schools that have a middle level of readiness for SMART Learning. Thus, Because of its high level of positive attitudes and needs of teachers for smart learning of school when done supported faithfully, a variety of SMART Learning policy support are needed in accordance with the needs of teachers.
