The purpose of this study was to examine the Moderating Effect of Organizational Justice on Job Satisfactions and Organizational Commitment by the Police Organiation. To attain this purpose, two variables - two Individual Characteristic and two Job Organizational culture as an exogenous variable, Organizational Effectiveness as an endogenous variable and three Organizational Justices based on the Greenberg's theory as a moderator variable - were used for the analysis
Data were collected from 1,696 Police Officials for empirical analysis. Techniques used in alalyaing data were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis. and SPSS 19.0 for windows programs were applied in the analysis.
While the existing studies so far have focused on showing the significant differences of organizational efficiency by Organizational Characteristics, this study can find its meaning in examining not only Organizational Characteristics but also Organizational Justice as a moderator variable to verify Organizational Effectiveness.
The findings of empirical analysis showed a significant effect of Organizational Characteristics on Organizational Effectiveness. Especially in terms of Organizational Effectiveness, it was confirmed that Organizational Justice showed a relatively high modulating effect. Also, it was found that Organizational Justice has a strong effect on Organizational Effectiveness. However, this study was not able to go beyond the level of analysis of the eqisting studies with some limitations.
