This study is intensively addressing problems of care, education and counseling for intellectually gifted children, which take place amid daily life and experience at child care center. Accordingly, it was performed with a narrative exploratory method by considering characteristics of this study. A main case is being introduced in the process of the learning community activity for 12 sessions together with 7 participatory teachers from 4 centers. All talks were transcribed following video recording. The main task of analysis was taken, which extracts the comprehensive and overall core theme of flowing in the line-spacing in the process of proceeding with repetitively reading the transcribed contents. The final arrangement was integrated to be applied technique, analysis, and interpretation, which are three kinds of data modification courses. In conclusion, this study is frankly stating the necessity of practical knowledge and its strengthening possibility in the child care field through a case of intellectually gifted children.
