본 연구는 영유아보육시설(어린이집)에서의 일상과 경험 속에서 발생하는 지적우수 아들의 돌봄과 교육, 상담문제를 중점적으로 다루고 있다. 따라서 본 연구의 특성을 고려해 내러티브 탐구방법으로 수행되었다. 4개 기관에서 참여한 7명의 교사들과 12회기의 학습공동체 활동 과정에서의 주요 사례를 소개하고 있다. 모든 대화는 비디오녹화 후 전사했으며, 전사내용을 반복적으로 읽어가는 과정에서 행간에 흐르는 포괄적이고 총체적인 핵심주제를 뽑아내는 것을 분석의 주요한 과제로 삼았다. 최종 정리는 Wolcott(1994)의 세 가지 자료변형과정인 기술, 분석, 해석을 통합적으로 적용했다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 지적 우수아 사례를 통해 영유아보육현장에서의 실천적 지식의 필요성과 그 신장 가능성을 피력하고 있다.

This study is intensively addressing problems of care, education and counseling for intellectually gifted children, which take place amid daily life and experience at child care center. Accordingly, it was performed with a narrative exploratory method by considering characteristics of this study. A main case is being introduced in the process of the learning community activity for 12 sessions together with 7 participatory teachers from 4 centers. All talks were transcribed following video recording. The main task of analysis was taken, which extracts the comprehensive and overall core theme of flowing in the line-spacing in the process of proceeding with repetitively reading the transcribed contents. The final arrangement was integrated to be applied technique, analysis, and interpretation, which are three kinds of data modification courses. In conclusion, this study is frankly stating the necessity of practical knowledge and its strengthening possibility in the child care field through a case of intellectually gifted children.
