This study attempts to analyze empirically the relationship among work-life conflict, work-life facilitation, job satisfaction, life satisfaction and turnover intention of the instructors teaching in an academic institution. The results are as follows; While work-life conflict has negative effect on the job and life satisfaction and work-life conflict has positive effect on the turnover intention as expected, work-life(life-work) facilitation has a positive effect on the job satisfaction and life satisfaction, but has a negative effect on the turnover intention. Positive relationship was found between job satisfaction and life satisfaction, and job satisfaction has a negative effect on the turnover intention. And in an additional analysis, the significant indirect effect of job satisfaction and life satisfaction was found, and only work-life facilitation has an effect on the turnover intention. Finally, based on the results of this study, we have discussed theoretical and practical implications for managing employees' work-life balance, and proposed
some suggestions for the future study.
