The purpose of this study is to explore components which are related to temporal dimensions of organization members and how these components will differ from demographic and organizational variables. To attain the research objects, 7 organizations were selected and surveyed with questionnaires. The analysis of the collected was undertaken by using statistical techniques such as factor analysis, T-test, and ANOVA. One of the major findings from this study was that the six factors were extracted in this analysis. Factors were labelled as follows: deadlines & punctuality(Fl), coordination of work with others through time & time on the job(F2), schedules(F3), future orientation and quality(F4), work pace(F5), allocation of time(F6). This finding appears to be closely tied to the theoretical backgrounds. There were a few differences among the finding compenents in terms of types of industry, educational level, and religion, In practical aspects, this study could provide useful managerial implications to managers in organization.
