Social media is one of the important marketing channels for companies, changing the way interacting with customers. Marketers attract participation from customers’ in social media platforms by producing branded content, which helps them gain various marketing results such as brand awareness, web traffic, and sales. The number of the empirical studies on the effects of social media on marketing performance is still low although various success stories and studies have been published. In particular, IT companies are trying to attract users onto their websites with social media content and promotions; however, they regard the number of the visitors as a vanity metric, which has little effectiveness. The study examined the Effect of the site introduced via Facebook, a typical social medium, on customers’ revisit. Precedent studies proved that revisit, one of forms of major visit for satisfactory results of a website, is suitable for analyzing the operational output on Facebook pages. The results of the study demonstrated that Facebook content has a positive impact on website inflows and revisits. Also, it turns out that the higher the average website visit depth reinforces the positive relationship between the rate of the inflow and that of the site revisit.

The objective of this study is to extract affecting factors on game satisfaction of a mobile game through the two mediated variables, self-fulfillment and flow. To apply mobile environment changed into the research model of a mobile game, we classify independent factors into three types such as system characteristics, cognitive characteristics, and individual characteristics. The previous studies for using mobile game have been based on intrinsic motivation, such as flow, as a mediated factor. However, the flow variable has some limitations in explaining user satisfaction aspects of mobile game, and the self-fulfillment variable is popularly used as an important mediated factor in the field of sports science. Because users of mobile game often attain their goals as sports event, we utilize self-fulfillment as well as flow as mediated variables. We developed a research model that includes independent factors, mediated variables of self-fulfillment and flow, and a dependent variable of game satisfaction. The data were collected from 438 users of mobile game and were used for analysis. Based on the survey results, we found the followings: (1) Immediate connectivity, enjoyment, relationship, early adopter tendency, and competitiveness affect self-fulfillment, and self-fulfillment affects the flow. (2) Enjoyment and competitiveness affect self-fulfillment, flow, and game satisfaction simultaneously.

The purpose of this study is to present an evaluation model to measure the clarification level of stakeholder requirements of public sector software projects in the Republic of Korea. We tried to grasp the quality of proposal request through evaluation model. It also examines the impact of the level of stakeholder requirements on the level of system requirements. To do this, we analyzed existing research models and related standards related to business requirements and stakeholder requirements, and constructed evaluation models for the system operation concept documents in the ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148. The system operation concept document is a document prepared by organizing the requirements of stakeholders in the organization and sharing the intention of the organization. The evaluation model proposed in this study focuses on evaluating whether the contents related to the system operation concept are faithfully written in the request for proposal. The evaluation items consisted of three items: organization status , desired changes , and operational constraints . The sample extracted 217 RFPs in the national procurement system. As a result of the analysis, the evaluation model proved to be valid and the internal consistency was maintained. The level of system operation concept was very low, and it was also found to affect the quality of system requirements. It is more important to clearly write stakeholders‘ requirements than the functional requirements. we propose a news classification methods for sentiment analysis that is effective for bankruptcy prediction model.

The importance of the personal information has been increased, there have been a lot of efforts to establish a new policy, certification or law for administrating personal information more effectively and safely. Korean government has operated ISMS and PIMS certification system to assess whether an organization has established and managed appropriate information security system or not. However, it has been addressed the needs for revising and modifying of PIMS and ISMS. It is evaluated there are a few overlapped criteria to assess information management system in both ISMS and PIMS. ISMS-P certification, combining with ISMS and PIMS, is, finally, suggested, in the recent. GDPR is established having an aim of primarily to give control to individuals over their personal data and to simplify the regulatory environment for international business by unifying the regulation within the EU. This study compares GDPR and ISMS-P, focusing on “personal information . It can be expected to contribute as followings. This study can be a criterion for self-evaluation of possibility to violate of GDPR of a firm in preparation for ISMS-P. Second, this study also aims to increase the understanding of the role of ISMS-P and GDPR, among various certifications with the purpose of assessment of the information security management system, by reducing the costs required to obtain the unnecessary certification and alleviating the burden. Third, it contributes to diffusion of ISMS-P newly implemented in Korea.

These days, many companies use information systems as a basis for organizational management activities and as an important component of sustainable management. Thus, securing and operating a high-quality information system that can improve the efficiency of business processes is a large part of corporate competitiveness. In order to get such a critical information system, it is only possible to successfully carry out the project. Various attempts and studies have been undertaken to increase the success rate of the project. However, the reality is that the success rate is still not getting much better. In this study, the concept of quality of service, which has long been actively studied in marketing area, was applied as a new factor to enhance the project s success. In this study, project performance activities were defined as the act of providing services. A survey of 164 valid collection data was analyzed. The analysis used SPSS 23. Four process quality factors (customer participation, customer response, knowledge and skills, reliability) and 21 metrics were derived. Through this research, I hope to be the starting point of applying process quality concept as a new breakthrough to increase success rate of project.

In this paper, factors affecting intra-organizational diffusion of Big Data systems from the perspective of the Big Data system vendors have been analyzed. In particular, the theory of resistance against innovation that exists in some form before the adoption or rejection of innovation has been focused on. In order to do that, the resistance has been divided into three categories : postponement, rejection and opposition. The variables affecting each type are also divided into four independent variables : perceived risk, innovation characteristics, user attributes, and organizational attributes. As a result of the survey, it was confirmed that the influences of each variable are different according to the type of resistance. As the strength of the resistance was increased, the influence of the trialability was increased as well. As the strength of the resistance was decreased, the satisfaction with the existing system became more influential on the resistance. The time risk and the satisfaction with the existing system were found to affect all types of resistance. From the vendor s point of view, strategic implications are presented in terms of marketing or system development for diffusion, depending on the degree of resistance of the adopter.

The goal of this study is to review the major research trend on the convergence studies of AI and healthcare technologies. For the study, 15,260 English articles on AI and healthcare related topics were collected from Scopus for 55 years from 1963, and text mining techniques were conducted. As a result, seven key research topics were defined : “AI for Clinical Decision Support System (CDSS)”, “AI for Medical Image”, “Internet of Healthcare Things (IoHT)”, “Big Data Analytics in Healthcare”, “Medical Robotics”, “Blockchain in Healthcare”, and “Evidence Based Medicine (EBM)”. The result of this study can be utilized to set up and develop the appropriate healthcare R&D strategies for the researchers and government. In this study, text mining techniques such as Text Analysis, Frequency Analysis, Topic Modeling on LDA (Latent Dirichlet Allocation), Word Cloud, and Ego Network Analysis were conducted.

Machine learning (ML) is a method of fitting given data to a mathematical model to derive insights or to predict. In the age of big data, where the amount of available data increases exponentially due to the development of information technology and smart devices, ML shows high prediction performance due to pattern detection without bias. The feature engineering that generates the features that can explain the problem to be solved in the ML process has a great influence on the performance and its importance is continuously emphasized. Despite this importance, however, it is still considered a difficult task as it requires a thorough understanding of the domain characteristics as well as an understanding of source data and the iterative procedure. Therefore, we propose methods to apply deep learning for solving the complexity and difficulty of feature extraction and improving the performance of ML model. Unlike other techniques, the most common reason for the superior performance of deep learning techniques in complex unstructured data processing is that it is possible to extract features from the source data itself. In order to apply these advantages to the business problems, we propose deep learning based methods that can automatically extract features from transaction data or directly predict and classify target variables. In particular, we applied techniques that show high performance in existing text processing based on the structural similarity between transaction data and text data. And we also verified the suitability of each method according to the characteristics of transaction data. Through our study, it is possible not only to search for the possibility of automated feature extraction but also to obtain a benchmark model that shows a certain level of performance before performing the feature extraction task by a human. In addition, it is expected that it will be able to provide guidelines for choosing a suitable deep learning model based on the business problem and the data characteristics.

Researches on the business value of IT and ICT in the past has been focused on static content researches such as study of ITㆍICT itself and study of the relationship between ITㆍICT and performance. In recent years, however, the need for discussions on the “process of IT and ICT making economic value (performance) difference between companies” is growing. In particular, there is a need for an framework to analyze the process of qualitative change (progress, evolution, improvement) of IT and ICT affecting the competitive advantage. In this paper, we present a framework for analyzing the process of creating competitive advantage by ITㆍICT and show the structure of how IT and ICT resources lead to the creation of competitive advantage. In order to achieve these objectives, this paper proposes a framework for the process of creating competitive advantage by linking IT and ICT related resources, value activities, value chains, and business processes.
