This work tries to empirically validate the effect of influencers’ product-usage videos upon brand attitude and purchase intention of consumers. More specifically, we choose 3 attributes of product-usage videos of influencers such as expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness from our literature review. We collect 200 survey questionnaires in 2019 using Google survey forms from subjects who have watched influencers’ usage videos of fashion items. Our results suggest that expertise and trustworthiness of influencers’ videos positively affect brand attitude of consumers, which in turn positively influence their purchase intention. However, we have not found significant effect of attractiveness of the videos upon brand attitude. We also confirm that brand attitude positively affect purchase intention as proposed in the literature. The practical implications of this work is that firms should focus and strengthen expertise and trustworthiness of videos rather than attractiveness in order to enhance purchase intention of consumers and eventually lead to their purchase behavior.

With the advent of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, virtual reality, a technology that has recently attracted attention, is emerging as a core technology that will lead the future industry by changing the paradigm of various industries. The development of 3D rendering, computer graphics, and mobile technologies enabled the development of various smart devices and led to the popularization of virtual reality services using them. Recently, with the development of virtual reality-related technology, various devices and contents such as VR-related HMDs are being developed and released. However, since the classification for VR technology has not yet been established, it is difficult to define a range of industries and services to which VR can be applied. Therefore, in this study proposes a service classification system in terms of industries that can apply VR technology and services that can be provided based on the studies on industries and services of VR technology related to the Fourth Industrial Revolution. VR s industrial classification consists of eight industries including entertainment, media, education, medical care, architecture, manufacturing, distribution, tourism and each service is divided into two service categories and composed 16 services. Through the collection and analysis of virtual reality service cases, the service distribution and characteristics of each industry can be analyzed. In addition, we can develop a virtual reality new business model and present a service case for the intersecting areas. This study is expected to be used as a basic research for the activation of virtual reality services in the future.

Construal level theory (CLT) have been researched in wide range of disciplines such as marketing, organizational study, psychology, or education. Current study asserts that CLT would explain the effect of different devices of PC and smartphone on interaction between human-computer interfaces and information systems use. In CLT, those who are far from an object in terms of physical, temporal, social or psychological distance, they construe their understanding as abstract (high level) and vice versa. We hypothesized different size of digital device will increase psychological distance and result in behaviors that correspond to present construal level. The analysis result shows that users of PC recognized that they are socially distant from the device and those of smartphone felt that they are socially close to the device. However, the device did not have significant effect on attention to essential information, advertisement preference, and immediacy. The implication to academia, practice and future research and limitations are also discussed.

As information security becomes more important as the fourth industrial revolution gradually emerges, an efficient and effective way to find vulnerabilities in information systems is becoming an essential requirement of information security. As the point of the protection of current information and the protection of the future industry, the Korean government has paid attention to the bug bounty, which has been recognized for its efficiency and effectiveness and has implemented through the Korea Internet Security Agency s S/W vulnerability bug bounty program. However, there are growing problems about the S/W vulnerability bug bounty program of the Korea Internet Security Agency, which has been operating for about 7 years. The purpose of this study is to identify the problems in Korean bug bounty policies through the characteristics of the bug bounty program, and to suggest the direction of the government s policy to activate the bug bounty like changes in the government s approach utilizing the market.

This study aimed to develop and pilot-test educational program prototypes of training health coaches to help cancer patients overcome crises and create positive growth. For this purpose, the educational contents and methods of the blended learning program prototypes were derived through learner needs and literature analysis. The prototypes, which consist of introducing of health management and health information and understanding and practice of basic coaching and health coaching, were developed to integrate with four sessions of face-to-face, off-line classes, training practices through 12 tele-classes, and use of online learning system. The prototypes were conducted and pilot-tested by a total of 35 students selected through the document screening and the interview. After participating in the blended learning program, learners expressed greater overall satisfaction with each session program (average score = 4.36, with 5 being most satisfied), satisfaction with learning contents (average score=4.42) satisfaction with course preparation (average score = 4.26) and satisfaction with lecture materials (average score = 4.19). The results of this study show that a systematic and integrative approach for designing a blended learning program can be useful for various educational needs in health and medical fields. In the future, empirical studies are expected to see how these curricula are actually implemented and assess whether the intended learning outcomes are achieved.

In this study, we developed the Field-Experiential Learning Framework Using the Location Based Mobil-learning System (LBMS) and it is mobile Augmented Reality (AR) for smart learning system which is advanced e-learning. AR is technology that seamlessly overlays computer graphics on the real world. LBMS-AR has become widely available because of mobile AR. Mobile AR is possible to get information from real world anytime, anywhere. Nowadays, there are various areas using AR such as entertainment, marketing, location-based AR. We analysed the result of survey and implemented the functions. Also, for survey about application s effectiveness, we have focus group interview (FGI). Then we demonstrated and explained the application to them. The result of survey about application s effectiveness shows that application have higher utilization in education area. One of the most promising areas is education. AR in education shows lifelike images to users for realism. It s a good way for improving concentration and attention. We utilize only a beacone for image-based AR without other sensor.

In recent years, the one-person media has increasingly gained popularity. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among the service quality, satisfaction and intention of continuous use of one-person media service and to further examine the mediating effect of satisfaction operating on the relationship between the service quality and intention of continuous use. Based on the literature review, hypotheses were developed and the research model was built for testing. The sample of 358 users was selected to achieve these objectives. From the analysis of PLS(Partial Lease Square Path Analysis), key research findings are summarized as follows. First, relationships among the service quality, satisfaction, and intention of continuous use were all positively correlated each other. Second, the effect of service quality on intention of continuous use was mediated by satisfaction. Third, the content quality of one-person media has the higher effectiveness than platform quality to satisfaction and intention of continuous use. Results of this paper are expected not only to emphasize the importance of satisfaction based on the service quality, but also to provide multifaceted implications and directions for the management of one-person media service effectively.

This study aims to analyze how specific features of a mobile platform such as economic feasibility, interactivity, safety, and design are correlated with perceived ease of use and customer satisfaction, targeting those who purchase delivery food on a mobile platform dedicated to delivery services. A survey was conducted on customers who had bought delivery food on a mobile platform and the data collection was conducted from August 19, 2019 to September 18, 2019, using 300 mobile platform service users. A total of 300 copies were retrieved. 249 valid samples of 300 copies were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23, and In addition, programs including SPSS and AMOS were used for the analysis of frequency, confirmatory factor, reliability and validity, correlation and structural equation model. Major findings of such analysis are as follows. First, design characteristic of a mobil platform had relevant impacts on perceived ease of use. However, economic feasibility, interactivity, and safety did not significantly affect perceived ease of use. Second, perceived ease of use had a significantly influenced on the extent of customer satisfaction. Hence, from practical and academical point of views based on the results of this analysis, this study is expected to provide directions and some practical and useful implications for a mobile platform for food delivery services.

The application of mindfulness is increasing in corporation for business innovation. However, the influence of mindfulness has not been confirmed for employee in detail. Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention in the present. We often experience uncertainty abounds about what the information technology is, how well it works in the process of using information technology. According to the definition of mindfulness, mindfulness can deepen employee’s thoughts and understanding of information technology and will provide a clue to the solution of the issue. This study focusses on impact of mindfulness on IT usage behavior, particularly on IT continuance usage. Research question of this study is whether mindfulness impact perceived factors related to IT continuance usage. The study of relationship between IT and mindfulness will have meaningful results because both IT and Mindfulness are aimed at corporate innovation. Based on most recent theory in IT continuance usage, called by Decomposed Expectation- Disconfirmation Model, we established hypotheses and examined the impact of mindfulness on perceived factors in process of IT continuance usage. For empirical analysis, we collected 303 employee samples and conducted Structural Equation Modeling for path analysis. We showed that mindfulness has a positive impact on perceived usefulness, usability and usefulness confirmation, usability confirmation. We also confirmed that antecedent of satisfaction is perceived usefulness, perceived usability and usefulness confirmation, usability confirmation, and satisfaction is the cause of IT continuance usage. We suggested academic and practical implication based on empirical analysis results. In academic perspective, we found the role of mindfulness in process of IT continuance usage. From practical point of view, we suggest to use of mindfulness program for IT continuance usage in corporation.

With the emergence of new ICT technologies, information security threats are becoming more advanced, intelligent, and diverse. Even though the awareness of the importance of information security increases, the information security budget is not enough because of the lack of effectiveness measurement of the information security investment. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize the information security investment in each business environment to minimize the cost of operating the information security countermeasures and mitigate the damages occurred from the information security breaches. In this paper, using genetic algorithms we propose an investment optimization model for information security countermeasures with the limited budget. The optimal information security countermeasures were derived based on the actual information security investment status of SMEs. The optimal solution supports the decision on the appropriate investment level for each information security countermeasures.

An equity crowdfunding system of Korea has been introduced since January 25, 2016. The crowdfunding has contributed to remove the funding gap for startups in Korea. In the three years since the introduction of the system, the amount issued has been growing annually 31 percent. In 2018, the general investors who participated in equity crowdfunding, account for 93.8% of the total market size. General investors are a large part of equity crowdfunding. Investors, however, are facing the information asymmetry problems. General investors rely heavily on the investment prospectus provided by startups to obtain the information they need to determine their investment decisions. Under these circumstances, startups have the incentive to provide information that is advantageous to them, and investors are likely to be adversely affected by the investment prospectus. In this study, we collected the novel crowdfunding prospectus dataset: a total of 459 investment prospectus and conducted a morphological analysis. The analysis showed that the more positive the word, the higher the success rate of investors subscriptions. We also compared projects that were heavily invested by general investors with projects that were heavily invested by professional investors. Then, we were able to examine that the success rates of project subscription, which were heavily invested by general investors, were higher than the projects of professional investor type. It can be interpreted as a general investor driven crowdfunding market. Based on these results, we propose three policies. First, the supervisor should be strengthened to provide more detailed information on investment risk factors in the prospectus. Second, the crowdfunding intermediary should monitor information provided by startups. Third, an investor should be asked to add a question to the investment compliance test that allows the investor to recognize the problem in the manual.

The purpose of this study is to compare the impulsive purchasing tendency of Korean and U.S. college students. In particular, the study examined the effects of self-regulated learning and self-regulated consumption on college students impulsive buying tendency. A total of 680 valid samples were obtained from online self-reported surveys in Korea and the United States. Both self-regulated learning and self-regulated consumption (self-control and self-supervision) were higher in US college students than Korean students. Self-regulated learning did not influence impulsive purchasing tendency. However, the impulsive purchasing tendency increased as the level of self-supervision among self-regulated consumption decreased. When purchases were made in stores, impulsive purchasing tendency increased in both South Korea and the US. Therefore, it is necessary to make efforts to decrease the impulsive purchasing tendency by fostering self-regulated consumption capacity of college students through consumer education.

In recent years, Digital Social Innovation has been emerging at home and abroad and new solutions are being proposed by the perspective of User using digital technology in order to solve social and economic problems of the city. In addition, Living Labs which is an innovative tools and space enable to solve problems doing activities with various participants led by users. Therefore, this study aims to systematically manage the activities of Living Lab in Digital Social Innovation and improves the Living Lab sustainability using the performance indicators which are going to be developed. Furthermore, construct the appropriate indicator of each project process and take test at real Living Labs. As a result, performance indicator was derived from each procedure in the Living Lab project, and proved validity and reliability of the indicators through qualitative and quantitative methods by interviews and the questionnaire from the participants of Living Labs.

When evaluating the performance of a NPD(New Product Development) project, it is common to evaluate the project performance according to the achievement of the planned goal in terms of time, quality and cost management, which are usually three main constraints of the project. The evaluation of the financial factors by which sales contributed to the return of the company is more influential. This is why companies need to increase sales and raise profits. Therefore, it is more reasonable to evaluate the sales performance of NPD projects over a certain period of time against the input costs. At this time, we can analyze the causes of inefficient projects and compare them with other projects and find out how to improve the sales performance to help the company increase its competitiveness. In this paper, we analyze the relative efficiency of the sales performance on the input of the projects by using the actual sales in the period of one year after mass production of the NPD projects of ‘S’ company in ICT industry. Input factors include developer resource and development cost for the NPD reported after the project has been completed, the delay weeks for the schedule targeted at the project planning stage, and the number of quality issues due to development design faults during initial mass-production. The sales figure and the contribution margin of the product after one year from the start of mass production are defined as the output factors. In this paper, we analyze the efficiency of the projects by using data envelope analysis (DEA). As a result, we found out the reason of the inefficient project of DMUs according to the differences in the characteristics of the efficient and inefficient B2B markets based on the result of DEA of NPD projects. Thus, the goal of this paper is to identify strategies for improving sales performance of NPD projects in inefficient markets.
